When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It’s to enjoy each step along the way.” – Wayne Dyer

In Loving Memory of Dr. Wayne Dyer

It’s a sad day for us, one of our greatest mentors has gone onto the next phase of his life, Doctor Wayne Dyer has passed away at the age of 75. Although we were “mid conversation” on another subject, we thought it would be better to delay that for a day and touch on the wisdom Dr. Dyer was kind enough to share with us.

Here are a couple gems from him on living the abundant life:

Doing what you love is the cornerstone of having abundance in your life.” – Wayne Dyer

Anything you really want, you can attain, if you really go after it.” – Wayne Dyer

Here’s a few quotes having to do with being a better person:

Everything you are against weakens you. Everything you are for empowers you.” – Wayne Dyer

It is impossible for you to be angry and laugh at the same time. Anger and laughter are mutually exclusive and you have the power to choose either.” – Wayne Dyer

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” – Wayne Dyer

Simply put, you believe that things or people make you unhappy, but this is not accurate. You make yourself unhappy.” – Wayne Dyer

Lastly, let’s look at the bigger picture from his perspective:

Loving people live in a loving world. Hostile people live in a hostile world. Same world.” – Wayne Dyer

Begin to see yourself as a soul with a body rather than a body with a soul.” – Wayne Dyer

The challenge we’ve received from Dr. Wayne Dyer is to live a better life by becoming a better human being. He was always focused on the Spiritual aspect of life, and he has touched a lot of hearts and souls with his loving wisdom. He will be missed.

Question of the Day to Ask Ourselves

What can I do today which will help me become more focused on the Spiritual side of life?”
